Introducing the Business Builder Club

The Business Builder Club was started by Greg Rhodes in March 2006 and has now become firmly established as a key networking event in the calendar of local businesses.

Our events are designed for forward thinking, growth mode businesses to network in relaxed, sophisticated venues free from all the pressures and rules of other more formal networking organisations.

We hold our events in the evening (not a fried egg in sight) in quality venues that really want us to be there. We've developed some great relationships with our venues to ensure you get a warm welcome, great food and a grown up drink or two.

You can be as active or passive as you like, no pressure, just a friendly relaxed environment. It's amazing what happens when you're relieved of the pressure to actively network - I believe the younger generation would call this type of activity "chillaxing".

The shape of our events

Our events are nice and simple; you can arrive blissfully unprepared and blend in with the convivial atmosphere. There are a few standard features to oil the cogs and we encourage attendees to get involved by presenting interesting talks on their businesses or a key business issue.

Who should attend?

Any forward thinking, growth mode business with a positive outlook

and a desire to raise their profile. We don't encourage BMW's (bitchers, moaners and whingers) or people desperate to sell stuff (it's about relationship building and fun).

How much does it cost?

£12.50 on the door or £10.00 in advance

Is there a club membership?

At present we don't run an official membership...but that is about to change. So popular have these events become that we've started to put together a package of fantastic features which will include BIG discounts on a range of professional services. Don't worry, you can still attend events as a non-member but the benefits you will receive will be very attractive - more on this later.
